We have a network of breakdown engineers throughout the UK, so there's one not from you.

Our engineers are experienced in breakdown diagnostics and have wide experience across many recycling equipment manufacturers, so can get you back up and running quickly.

Our normal opening hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 4.00pm on Friday. Weekend and evening call out is possible depending on notice.

If you have equipment under a service contract with Bergmann Direct and you have an urgent breakdown which needs to be attended outside our normal office hours, such as a major health and safety concern, please complete the form below completing the details requested.
