Ideal for pubs, clubs, larger restaurants and hotels, the BDL BB06 volume bottle crusher is a bottle crusher which can take several bottles at a time and up to 4000 bottles an hour.

Usually situated back of house, simply place a 120 or 140ltr bin into the machine and load using the chute above.

The volume bottle crusher is designed to stand at the back of the premises, inside or outside and features a large feed aperture facing either to the front or the side. It also contains an robust steel build with integral dust extraction unit.

The dust extraction unit prevents glass dust escaping from the machine in enclosed areas to give you a safe working environment.

Glass Cullet-1

The BDL BB06 Bottle Crusher produces a cullet of around 8mm allowing for the glass to be 100% reprocessable into new glass products.
